The plant features a die and two feed rollers mounted on a driving fork. The pellet press is designed in a straightforward way to make servicing and handling as easy as possible.
The unit can also be delivered fully installed in a container – a mobile solution that is ready to start operating immediately upon delivery.

Peripheral Equipment & Accessories
Large Sack filler
The Large Sack Filler is an automatic filling system designed for efficient and continuous sack filling of pellets.
It is developed for self-operating filling and supports bags of up to 1,500 liters.
Pellets are transported via a smooth conveyor belt and guided into each bag through a controllable chute.
Bags are filled one by one, and full bags can be replaced with empty ones without stopping operation.
Each bag station is equipped with a sensor that detects when the bag is full. When triggered, the chute automatically closes and opens to the next bag.
The standard unit is designed for four bags, but configurations from two bags and up are available based on space and operational needs.
The system is delivered fully equipped with sensors, emergency stop, and a user-friendly control panel.
Small sack filler
The Small sackFiller is a PLC-controlled system designed for manual small bag filling of pellets.
It offers high capacity by weighing the next batch while the previous one is being filled.
The filling scale is fed by a frequency-controlled screw conveyor. At the end of the weighing cycle, the screw slows down to fine-dosing mode to ensure maximum accuracy.
The weighing hopper holds approximately 30 kg and is suspended on three load cells.
Once the pre-set weight is reached, a pneumatically operated gate opens, and the material drops into an intermediate hopper.
Bag filling begins as soon as the operator lowers the filling lever. At the same time, the system starts weighing the next batch.
Only when the lower hopper is emptied will the new batch be released, enabling a continuous, high-capacity workflow.
Automatic Floor
Custom-built cross screw, e.g. 3000 mm, with a 1.5 kW drive unit

Screw diameter: 280 mm – optimized for smooth feeding of planer shavings from the storage pocket

Includes a screening unit for separating sawdust from the finished pellets, and a reliable discharge system for smooth outflow from the silo.
